Refund policy

Revocation, return and transport guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a delivery or the content or want to exercise your legal right of recall for other reasons, we ask you to observe the following points in order to handle the return unbureaucratically.

1. Please contact you immediately after receiving the goods, but at the latest 1 day after receiving your email at shop@amazingranola.swiss with the subject Recall, the order number and - if possible - with a photo of the package / goods.

2. A revocation is only possible if the glasses arrive unopened and unscathed in original packaging. The postage costs of the return are at your expense, unless it is an error in the sense of deviations compared to the order confirmation.

Transport guarantee: If transport damage occurs despite our special packaging, replacement delivery claims can be asserted. To do this, we ask you to have a damage protocol drawn up at the post office immediately if the goods receive the goods. You can also register transport damage directly to the customer service (free number 0848 888 888). 

Post picks up the damaged program and creates a claim. Instead of telephone, the damage protocol can also be created at your post office with the presentation of the damaged shipment.

There is no entitlement to credit or replacement of open or damaged goods if this is objected to after 2 working days after receipt.

Subscription conditions and possibilities

Payment:
You pay the amount for your subscription in advance. The amount cannot be reimbursed.

Duration:
The term for your subscription is fixed and cannot be shortened. The subscription is not automatically extended. At the last delivery we will be happy to send you a non -binding invitation to renew the subscription.

Delivery:
We will send you the desired glasses every month to the agreed date to your stored address.

Subscription adjustments:
You can tell us a new address in writing by email at shop@amazingranola.ch. The address adjustment begins when we confirm it in writing.
If you want to change a variety, divide and please this on the same way.

Subscription:
You can pause your subscription for max. 2 months during the term (e.g. vacation). Please let us know your crafting in writing at shop@amazingranola.ch at least two weeks before the start. The pause comes into force when we have confirmed it.
