Every great idea begins with a passion. Our? The root in love for good food and authentic taste. As experienced restaurateurs, we not only got to know a few of the best restaurants in the world, but also managed the legendary El Paradiso in St. Moritz over two decades. There we also learned what true moments of pleasure make up: honest ingredients, uncompromising quality and the claim to create an experience with every bite.
Until in 2022 a little break to travel opened a completely new vision: creating the recipe for a granola that is much more than a breakfast classic, but one that makes every spoon a very special self-moment. Inspired by our experience in the upscale gastronomy and our high quality standards of purity and taste, we began to tinker with our small granola kitchen in La Punt Chamues in Engadine. Ingredients for ingredients, with a lot of dedication and after countless tastings, our
