While in traditional muesli the nut and fruit pieces often "hide" in 60 - 80% grain 😉, we rely on the opposite when it comes to our ingredients and guarantee full taste! Our balanced recipes consist of only around 35% grain, the main ingredient being a large variety of high-protein, whole nuts and an abundance of vitamin-rich, sun- and freeze-dried fruits. You'll recognize this incomparable quality at first glance - and taste it with every bite! 💥

Quality sealing and sustainable packaging
To guarantee freshness and crunch, we package our granola in sustainable glass and stainless steel containers and vacuum seal them to preserve the delicious taste and unique crunch.
In autumn 2024, I had the honour of harvesting some of the fantastic Chardonnay grapes from Francisca and Christian Obrecht's vineyard, ‘Guldistückli’.
As a former sommelier and after this wonderful ‘Wimmlete’ (grape harvest), it was a project close to my heart to use these delicious grapes to create a unique
granola recipe that combines enjoyment and love.
We have prepared something for you that is particularly close to our hearts: a short comic film that explains in a simple, appealing and slightly cheeky way what amazinGranola stands for – and what makes our granola so unique.

Every great idea starts with a passion. Our? It is rooted in the love of good food and authentic taste. As experienced restaurateurs, we have not only gotten to know some of the best restaurants in the world, but have also run the legendary el paradiso in St. Moritz for over two decades. There we also learned what makes true moments of enjoyment: honest ingredients, uncompromising quality and the aim of creating an experience with every bite.
Until in 2022, a little time out to travel opened up a completely new vision for us: to create the recipe for a granola that is much more than a breakfast classic, but one that makes every spoonful a very special ME moment. Inspired by our experience in fine dining and our high quality standards for purity and taste, we started tinkering in our small granola kitchen in La Punt Chamues in the Engadine. Ingredient by ingredient, with a lot of dedication and after countless tastings, ours was finally created
