Frequently asked questions

Loud Wikipedia the name Granola is based on these facts:
James Caleb Jackson, an American Sanatorium, sold from 1863 Granula, consisted of baked whole grain wheat flour.John Harvey Kellogg, Inventor of the cornflakesin 1878 brought a similar product under the same name on the market, which later for legal reasons in Granola was renamed.

We are super happy and also a little proud that we succeeded in the well -known American illustrator Kelly Gilleran to engage. Kelly designed our ladies especially for Amazingranola. All illustrations are protected and are subject to the copyright © from Amazingranola.

We roast and produce several times a week. amazinGranola usually has a best before date of 5 months (except in the reload bag), depending on the best before date of the certified raw materials available on the market.

Our recipes consist exclusively of natural organic ingredients and do not contain any “preservation agents” or “E” substances.

After opening, we recommend always sealing amazinGranola airtight and consuming it within approx. 14 - 21 days. Depending on the location, temperature and humidity, the fruits can change their consistency.

The expiry of the best before date does not mean that the content is no longer edible. If unopened, vacuum-sealed products usually remain edible for a long time. Trust your sense of taste, give the valuable food a chance and make decisions in the interest of the environment.

– Ideal in glass, in the Sports CAN or XL-ALU CAN

– Dry, cool, not in the fridge (moisture!)

– After opening the reload bag, transfer it to an airtight container

– Avoid direct sunlight

Our amazinGranola varieties are currently not gluten-free. All nine blends contain gluten, as spelled is one of our key ingredients and provides the distinctive taste and texture that defines our granola.

The production of truly gluten-free products requires a strictly separate, almost clinically clean production environment to exclude any type of contamination. Since we have consciously focused our manufacture on taste, craftsmanship and natural ingredients, we have decided to maintain this focus.

It is important to us to emphasize that a gluten-free diet is essential for people with celiac disease. At the same time, this medical need only affects a small portion of the population worldwide (according to WHO approx. 1%). That's why we have developed our recipes so that they can develop their full, natural taste for the vast majority of connoisseurs.

The name doesn't come by chance. amazinGranola stands for real craftsmanship, passion and a lot of heart and soul. Every roasted batch is an honest promise of quality and enjoyment.

In our Engadin factory, all granolas are made personally by Anja – the founder – and together with her small team. No anonymous production, no mass production. Real handcraft in small batches, freshly roasted and with the aim of creating a granola that you can taste, smell and feel.

We work exclusively with high-quality, certified organic ingredients because only these have the taste that we imagine: whole nuts of the best quality, sun-dried and freeze-dried fruits with an intense aroma and only the amount of grain that is needed for the perfect balance. The probably highest proportion of nuts and fruits on the market also ensures natural, long-lasting satiety - in contrast to grain-heavy mixtures, which often quickly trigger hunger again. We completely avoid cheap fillers, puffed air, preservatives and anything that would stretch the contents. Every glass is full of enjoyment - not full of “bulk”.

We also choose our sustainable packaging carefully. High quality, reusable and vacuum sealed - so that freshness, fragrance and crunch are retained.

amazinGranola is a product for people who enjoy consciously - and therefore invest in quality that you can taste and see with the first bite. It is the sum of real handwork, the best organic ingredients, Swiss production culture and a team that doesn't just make granola, but lives it.

No, there are usually no discount offers at amazinGranola. Our prices are calculated fairly - just as you would expect from a handcrafted premium product. Or as the Hornbach craft market puts it so aptly: Anyone who gives discounts was previously too expensive. That's exactly how we see it too.

We want our customers to be able to rely on transparent and honest prices at all times - without the unpleasant thought that they might have ordered “too early” and might have paid less later.

From time to time we surprise loyal regular customers with appreciative specials or additional attention to their order. But classic discount campaigns are deliberately not part of our pricing policy. Because quality, craftsmanship and genuine organic ingredients have their value - and it remains constant with us.
