As with amazinGranola, our nut creations are also created in small batches and by hand. With high-quality ingredients, carefully tailored recipes and the joy of getting a lot of taste out of a few good things.

In the beginning there was no new brand, but a single nut mixture.
It was created for a long-standing customer who was looking for a new idea for a company gift alongside amazinGranola. While developing and testing, we realized pretty quickly: This could become more.
So we made a first attempt and brought it Maple & Ajwain on the market as a limited edition. What was intended as a test developed a surprising life of its own: the bags were gone - and the question arose for more.
So it was clear: these nuts need their own name and their own stage.
Today COEUR DE NOIX stands for handmade ORGANIC nut mixtures from the Engadin: roasted in our factory, with selected ingredients, unusual spices and recipes that don't tell you everything after the first bite. Maple & Ajwain is the beginning – more recipes will follow.

The first recipe Maple & Ajwain combines selected nuts with fine maple syrup and the surprisingly spicy note of ajwain. Roasting takes place in small batches and with the same care that is behind amazinGranola.
The mixture is ORGANIC, vegan and naturally sweet and does not contain any refined sugar. Almonds, cashews, pistachios and macadamias provide bite and different textures; Maple syrup brings a subtle sweetness, ajwain the characteristic spice.
COEUR DE NOIX fits the Aperitif with friends, as a snack in between, on the go in the mountains or simply for a little moment of enjoyment. Maple & Ajwain is available in ReLoad bag as well as in the reusable ones Sports Cans. With the St. Moritz Edition There is also a separate variant for everyone who would like to take the Engadine and its special atmosphere with them.
